His Power Shot is the Fog Shot. He shoots a cloud and the opponent doesn't see the ball. The ball is in the middle of the cloud. Just like the Egypt's or Argentinian's.

If you want to unlock him, you must win in Arcade against United Kingdom without conceding a goal, without dash and kick.
