The Power Button Effects of Hong Kong, Mon-K, Uruguay and Belgium.
Some of the Characters get a special power when they activate their Power Button. The first character to do this was Devil, he changed his costume. All characters added after Belgium have them. Most of the effects appear to contain an explosion with an effect inflicted onto the opponent. Also some characters have a weapon such as Uruguay's electric hand and Hungary's sword.
