Stage 23 is a stage in Death Mode. It's the third stage with 5 rounds with hard opponents.
Obstacle[]
Stage 23 has Trapdoors. These are placed in 2 (or 3, if playing against Israel) spots of the field and open randomly, teleporting whatever was over them to the tube (a structure on the center of the field hanging from the roof) which opens at random times as well.
Tips & Tricks[]
Listen to the traps. They are a bit noisy so you can hear when one of them opens and you just start to jump if you are standing over a trapdoor. Power shots that travel really high won't work here, as the pipe will block them. Even power shots that go on the ground work here, like Italy's and Nigeria's, they won't fall in the trapdoors! Also, avoid the trapdoors, especially when your opponent is performing a power shot!
Mistakes[]
In this Stage, lots of mistakes occur. Sometimes the ball suddenly disappears for no reason and it comes out of the pipe, or the heads of characters when using their power shot become invisible (this happens with Super Saiyan for example). Also, sometimes the ball doesn't fall in the trapdoors.
Reward[]
For winning the matches against the first four opponents, you'll get a reward of 2,300 points, for beating the boss of this stage you'll earn 4,600 points.
Trivia.[]
- Israel is the boss.
- An opponent is always either Belgium, South Africa and Australia. This is because they all teleport: South Africa has a slight one to the top of his golem, Australia in his air shot to the air and back and ground forward and back. Belgium is different, because the teleport is horizontal most of the time.
