This is a list of 10 characters that are overrated.
10. Uruguay[]
Uruguay is a good character, but not as good as some people say he is. Let's start with his air shot. His tank fires multiple rockets. This shot is very annoying because the rocket with the ball is not indicated. D&D Dream had to make us clueless about the actual rocket that had the ball. But that doesn't really matter in the slighted. Uruguay's shot isn't really effective because you can block the rockets from going into the goal and rarely counter it. You just need to stay near your goal and just defend what you can. Uruguay's ground shot is just a straight line shot. He puts the opponent's head in a cannon and fires. This can easily be seen as his worst shot. just jump a pretty high amount, and it's better if you counter it because you might not be able to block it with a simple deflection. Uruguay's counter shot is the most effective power shot he has, and the effect where the tank eats you is a better effect compared to effects in other character's powers, but you can block this and counter it kind of easily, but not as easy as his ground shot. Uruguay is all about effectiveness in this game and in all of his powers. I think that explanation is good enough about why Uruagay is not effective, and more importantly, overrated.
